Brenda Cross is the owner of Back Office Solutions, a professional bookkeeping business stationed inthe Rosetown area. Brenda has been in this profession since 1994, and since then has obtained her Certified Professional Bookkeeper, DFA - Distinguished Financial Advisor-Bookkeeping Specialist and RWM – Real Wealth Management designations. Brenda is also specialized as a Quickbooks Pro Advisor, Ag Expert Analyst Certified Advisor (ACA) and a Sage Certified Consultant. Brenda is a dedicated small business advocate. As someone who has started a small business herself, Brenda knows the ins and outs of the process and where her assistance can be beneficial. Brenda has been in this profession long enough to have witnessed economic ups and downs and has learned what it takes for small businesses to thrive. Brenda takes pride in her customer communication by keeping customers updated on new technologies, regulatory requirements and maintaining compliancy in the overall profession. Brenda strives to offer programs that will create a flexible environment for her clients, with the implementation of the new Cloud Accounting system, Brenda will get you set up to beable to access your software right from your smart phone. Brenda’s experience gives her an overall advantage; with previous banking employment, skills in lending and human resources and looking after all farm financials for the family farm she has developed the knowledge and skills to be able to be successful. In addition to Brenda’s passion for helping small businesses, family is a very important part of her life. Brenda grew up in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan with her loving father and sister. She later married a farm boy from Fiske and there they raised two daughters. Brenda is now in her glory with two beautiful granddaughters that love to come and ride their tractors and Grandma and Grandpa’s farm.

Heidi grew up in Unity, Saskatchewan working in her family’s own small business, a sign and design workshop. She later attended Saskatoon Business College where she received her Diploma as a Medical Administrative Assistant and transcriptionist. While working for Heartland Health Region Heidi worked in Acute care, Home care, Public Health and Orientation for new hires. Heidi began working for Back Office Solutions in 2018 and has her Certificate in Bookkeeping for Small Businesses. She is also a Quickbooks Advisor, fluent in Sage 50 and continues to further her education in the field of small business. Heidi likes to keep up to date with online bookkeeping software and enjoys learning the new advances and passing that knowledge along to her clients. As a busy mom herself, she understands the importance of using business software and practices that make work efficient and easy freeing up time for other things. Heidi lives on an acreage near Fiske with her husband and 3 children along with their horses, dog and cats. Her husband grew up in the Rosetown area and works in the grain industry. They raise cattle with her husband’s family. She enjoys teaching music and voice, art and painting, hiking and spending time with family. Heidi believes that being a resident of west central Saskatchewan gives her a deep understanding of the challenges and needs of small businesses here. Her background in small business as well as her continuous educational journey ensures that every client receives the most up to date bookkeeping advances with the personalized relationship that comes from being local.

Reanne Runn is an integral member of Back Office Solutions as an Agricultural Bookkeeper. Reanne began her career with Back Office Solutions in 2013, she started with data entry and has transitioned into our agriculture specialist. During her time with Back Office, she has developed a passion for the agriculture side of the business as well as obtained her Ag Expert Analyst Certified Advisor (ACA). Having grown up on a farm, Reanne has had a love for agriculture for quite some time. Reanne is knowledgeable in the industry and strives to stay current with the industries business side. She is very personable and effortlessly maintains professional employee/client relationships. Reanne is very organized and efficient when it comes to meeting client’s needs. Reanne resides on a farm just outside of Rosetown with her partner, Chad, and together they are raising four boys. These boys keep Reanne very busy, if she is not driving them to or from a sporting event she is stocking the cupboards or doing laundry. When Reanne gets time away from the farm, she loves to spend time at the lake with her friends and family.
